They specialize in Rhone indigenous varietals, utilizing biodynamic farming and "unadulterated" processing to let the true character of the fruit shine through. This is a rare chance to taste unique domestic offerings that prioritize the health of the soil and the integrity of the vine.

We’ll be out on the deck! To pair with these world-class wines, we’ll be firing up the Gozney Ovens outside, serving up fresh pies specifically curated for the tasting.
