We are looking for someone to join our team behind the counter. Our cafe is a bustling aspect of the business. The cafe cashier is at the helm of the ship, guiding the pace of orders, accurately relaying information to guests, keeping the space clean and organized, and utilizing slower moments to prep the space and the team for success.

In more concrete terms, the responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Create consistent, quality guest interactions in a counter-service cafe environment.

• Replenish baked goods, coffee supplies, and other relevant supplies.

• Actively participate in general cafe/kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, and organization.

• Brewing coffee and being willing to learn our espresso program with in-house training.

Dedication and enthusiasm almost always make up for experience, and we’re glad to train a candidate who is ready to take on new knowledge. With this in mind, there are some minimum requirements we’re looking for:

• Efficient cash management skills

• Time management

• Attention to detail

• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
