Join us for a collaborative evening of art, food, and community as we celebrate the arrival of spring in Vermont. We are thrilled to partner with the Hall Art Foundation to provide a seasonal menu designed to be enjoyed in the fresh spring air after a tour of the galleries.
Your ticket includes admission for a self-guided visitation of the current exhibitions, followed by a wood-fired dinner prepared by the Brownsville Butcher & Pantry team.
On the Menu:
Coal-Roasted Lamb: Prepared with spring herbs and local fats.
Spring Greens: The season's first harvest.
Wood-Fired Flatbread: Hand-stretched and charred over open flame.
Vegetarian Option: Hand-made falafel with seasonal accompaniments.

A curated selection of bottled beverages, including local wines and sparkling ciders, will be available for additional purchase to pair with your meal.
