Please join us on August 1st for the third installment of the Ascutney Summer Music Series at the base of Mt. Ascutney. As summer hits its stride, we're excited to welcome the community back to the mountain for another evening of incredible music, delicious food, and unforgettable Vermont views.

This month's featured act is Bruce Sklar and the Sklarkestra. Bruce Sklar is a longtime Vermont jazz pianist, composer, and educator whose music has been a cornerstone of the state's jazz scene for more than four decades. A resident of West Windsor, Bruce recently retired after 30 years at Harwood Union High School, where he built an award-winning jazz program. His dynamic performances and original compositions have earned him a respected place in Vermont's musical community.

Our 1952 Ford wood-fired pizza truck will be serving hot, wood-fired pizzas fresh from the oven throughout the evening. We'll also have additional food and beverage offerings available, plus Frisky Cow Gelato on-site to provide the perfect sweet treat on a summer night.
